This is high praise amid competitors such as Steinway, Bechstein, Bl\u00fcthner, and B\u00f6sendorfer&#8230; Through traditional craftsmanship on the one hand and innovative ideas on the other, Schimmel endeavour to build pianos of lasting value that have inspired players since 1885.<\/p>\n<p>This C 213 belongs to the celebrated <em>Classic Line\u00a0<\/em>and it is clear what all the fuss is about. Measuring 7&#8217;0&#8243;, the larger soundboard and rim of this piano offers the player greater volume and resonance, resulting in a a rich and nuanced tone across the entire keyboard. The bass register is dynamic, from tender to thunderous. The mid range is wide and silky and the treble is brilliant without being excessively bright.<\/p>\n<p>At first glance, this is a regal and stately grand piano and its elegant appearance might give the impression that it is ornamental and might struggle to keep up with the new wave. However, this couldn&#8217;t be further from the truth.
