This would make a fantastic first grand piano, as it offers the premium construction of the Kawai RX Series without overpowering the space (or breaking the bank!).

The RX-1 is the entry-level model of the award-winning RX Series Grand Pianos that were first introduced in 1995. Collectively, they were chosen “Acoustic Piano Line of the Year” by MMR Magazine’s Dealers’ Choice Awards in 2003, 2004 and 2005. After a successful 18-year tenure, the RX Series was replaced by the much-anticipated GX Series in 2013.

This particular model is the smallest in the series and being compact makes it ideal for living rooms and smaller practice spaces. A great piano for intermediate through to advanced players.
